All Wholesale Gifts offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service. Orders $2000.00 and up will not calculate shipping charges in your shopping cart, 8% will be added to your merchandise total after check out.

Please note that orders shipping to AZ, CA, NV & UT usually arrive in four business days (including processing) via standard UPS Ground service and choosing UPS 2nd Day Air may be an unnecessary expense. UPS Delivery Tracking
It may take up to four business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional business days to appear in the UPS system.
Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories
USPS Air Mail is available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. Orders sub-totaling over $410.00 will not calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart, we will email you with your final order total before processing your order. APO/FPO orders final delivery are subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.

Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada.
Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. PT in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
Deliveries to Canada are subject to weight restrictions, for a list of restricted products; please visit our
product info page.
How to Order
Billing and shipping address must match the address on file with your credit card company or your order will be rejected. We reserve the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information promptly will result in order cancellation.
Online Orders
All purchase transactions take place on a secure server using 128-Bit Encryption protecting both your personal information and your credit card transaction. We will never sell, divulge, disseminate or give away any information submitted to this site to outside parties for any reason.

Purchase Orders
We're sorry; we do not accept purchase orders or faxed orders.
International Orders
International orders (excluding Canada) may ship to US locations only. Our shopping cart will not accept foreign orders - enter your freight forwarders address as your billing address and advise your complete billing address including bank telephone number in the comments field. Your freight forwarder address must be on file with your credit card issuing bank as an authorized alternate shipping address or a credit card authorization form must be signed.
A store receipt is provided via email when your order is placed, we do not prepare or email any documents in addition to the store receipt.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship in 1 - 3 business days, however,
larger orders may take up to four business days for ready shipment.
Back Orders
All Wholesale Gifts does not accept back orders.
If an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your modified order total promptly.
How to Return Orders
Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing
Returns.
For the fastest service, please include your invoice number.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from receiving your order. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please email

Please note that packages that have exceeded the thirty day period will be returned C.O.D..
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
Damage Claims
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. To process your claim, please fill out a
Damage Claim Form (pdf file), claims are processed within three business days.
Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs.
All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.
Due to brokerage and freight costs, Canada orders are refund only.
All orders shipping out of the country are insured to our US/Canada delivery point only. We cannot replace/refund merchandise that has traveled via 3rd party carrier.
