How to Order

Billing and shipping address must match the address on file with your credit card company or your order will be rejected. We reserve the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information promptly will result in order cancellation.

All transactions take place on a secure server using 256-Bit Encryption protecting both your personal information and your credit card transaction. We will never sell, divulge, disseminate or give away any information submitted to this site to outside parties for any reason.

Amazon FBA Orders

All Wholesale Gifts ships directly to Amazon warehouses on your behalf.
Service includes item labeling. Alternately, you may choose to have Amazon label your items.
Create your FBA shipment in seller central and then place your All Wholesale Gifts order.
Key in the correct Amazon warehouse address in the shipping information and your billing address in the billing information.
Choose Amazon FBA as your shipping method in checkout. Shipping charges do not apply to FBA orders as you supply pre-paid labels. Shipping Labels must be received shortly after placing your order.
Item Labels - 30 labels per page (1” x 2 5/8” on US Letter).

Order Processing

In order to provide excellent service and speedy order processing we cannot accept order changes or cancellations. Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to change quantities, add, or remove items from your order. Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.

Orders placed on major holidays are queued for processing the next business day. Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday.

Prices and items are periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation.

Purchase Orders

We're sorry; we do not accept purchase orders or faxed orders.

International Orders

International Customers Shipping to Approved Freight Forwarders

International clients may order two ways:

Order $1000.00 (merchandise sub-total) and pay by wire transfer in U.S. funds. Choose Wire Xfer in checkout, we will email payment details. Wire transfer orders require payment no later than the next business day. Wire transfer orders do not require delivery address approval.

International clients may also pay by credit card and ship to USA and Canada freight forwarders approved by All Wholesale Gifts. Your freight forwarders address must be on file with your credit card issuing bank as an authorized alternate shipping address in order to become an approved shipping address. We require an additional day processing time to allow us to confirm your alternate shipping address.

How to Place Freight Forwarder Orders
By default, orders are only accepted from the countries we ship to. Your approved USA/Canada shipping address must be entered in the billing information fields to enable our shopping cart to accept your order. Enter your true billing information in the comments field.

IMPORTANT: To avoid processing delays, be sure to enter your credit card issuing bank’s phone number in the billing information phone field when checking out

A store receipt is provided via email when your order is placed, we do not prepare or email any documents in addition to the store receipt.

Resale & Sales Tax Information

State law mandates that a sales permit is required to honor California resale orders as non-taxable. By entering your state resale tax number in the checkout process, you are certifying that your order is for resale purposes only and you are assuming responsibility for reporting sales tax to the proper agency. We must have a copy of your state resale tax number or exemption certificate on file to honor your non-taxable sales. When ordering, you MUST enter your state sales tax number, “exempt” or “on file” in the designated field found on the order form in checkout. If you do not enter your state sales tax number and/or you have not faxed us a copy of your state sales tax permit or exemption certificate, you will be charged sales tax. Back Orders

All Wholesale Gifts does not accept back orders. If an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your modified order total promptly.

Address Changes, Order Changes, Order Cancellations & Non-Deliverable Orders

In order to provide excellent service and speedy order processing we cannot accept order changes or cancellations. Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to change quantities, add, or remove items from your order. Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

How to Return Orders

Returns are accepted 30 days from purchase date. We will provide the correct address for your return when we provide your RA#. Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Returns. For the fastest service, please include your invoice number. Packages that are returned unauthorized or to an unauthorized location will be refused.

Return shipping arrangements and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. Pack your shipments well, damaged merchandise is not refundable. Shipping is not refundable

Damage/Shortage Claims - Accepted Once per Order

Inspect your merchandise upon arrival.
Damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery.
Claims must be submitted in writing and are processed once per order.
A photo of the damaged item is required.
We cannot replace or refund items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial.
Orders that have one item to report damaged or missing may simply email Customer Service and include the order number, item number, brief description of the damage and photo and whether the item is to be replaced or refunded.
Multiple item issues require a Damage Claim Form (pdf file).
You may email or fax your claim.
If you do not have a scanner or fax, please email as per instructions on one item issues.

It is your option to receive either a replacement or a full refund.
There is no additional cost for your replacement.
Claims submitted via email or fax that do not request a refund will process as replacement claims.

Claims are processed within three business days.

All orders shipping out of the country are insured to our US/Canada delivery point only. We cannot replace/refund merchandise that has traveled via 3rd party carrier.
